Section 181: To frame and implement directives and procedures

1) The Ministry may, for the purpose of implementation of this Act or the rules framed under this Act, frame and implement necessary directives and procedures.

2) Employers’ commodities associations or federations and trade union associations or federations may frame and implement codes of good labour practice on policy matters relating to labour.
