Section 159: To forward the matter to the body having jurisdiction

In making a decision on a case filed in the Labour Court or the Office pursuant to this Act or the prevailing law that it has no jurisdiction, the Labour Court or Office shall appoint the date for appearance and send the parties, along with its case-file, to the concerned competent body for a decision.
