Section 120: Power to form labour arbitration tribunal

1) The Government of Nepal may form an independent labour arbitration tribunal for having mediation and arbitration with regard to the collective dispute.

2) Where a labour arbitration tribunal is formed pursuant to sub-section (1), the labour arbitration tribunal shall conduct the mediation and arbitration proceedings referred to in this Chapter.

3) Other provisions relating to the labour arbitration tribunal shall be as prescribed.
