Section 9B: Acts Not to be Done by the Exporter

The exporter shall not do any of the following acts:

(a) To receive payment for the exported goods through a mode other than as prescribed,

(b) To arrange the payment for the exported goods delayed beyond the period as prescribed,

(c) To do any act in order not to receive payment for the total value of the exported goods,

(d) To do any act defying real invoicing or any other act pertaining to such an act.
