Section 32: Power to Give Directions

Unauthorised Translation

1) The Department may issue necessary instructions to the businessperson to make the operation and management of electronic commerce more effective in accordance with this Act.

2) If there is a provision under the prevailing law for the regulation of any goods or services by a separate body or authority, such body or authority may also issue instructions pursuant to sub-section (1).

3) It shall be the duty of the businessperson concerned to comply with the instructions pursuant to sub-section (1) or (2).
