Unauthorised Translation

Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in this Act, if a business receives a complaint pursuant to Section 28 or a complaint in accordance with Section 33 regarding any goods or services provided or sold through its electronic platform, it shall not be exempted from the obligation to address such complaint or complaint solely on the ground that it did not manufacture, import or provide the goods or services sold.
