Unauthorised Translation

1) While conducting electronic commerce pursuant to this Act, a seller, entrepreneur, or other party shall not do or cause to be done any act that is considered to be unfair commercial or business activity under the prevailing law.

2) If any act is done or caused to be done pursuant to sub-section (1), action shall be taken in accordance with the prevailing law.
