Section 9: Transfer of Goods or Services

1) The entrepreneur shall transfer or cause to transfer the goods or services demanded to the buyer or his representative at the place specified in the contract with the buyer and within a specific day, time or period as mentioned in the contract.

2) If the buyer or his representative is physically present while transferring the goods or services pursuant to sub-section (1) and wishes to collect them from any sales centre of the entrepreneur, the goods or services shall be transferred to him from the same centre.

3) If the goods or services are transferred pursuant to sub-section (1) or (2), the goods or services shall be deemed to have been duly transferred.

4) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (2), if the buyer or the entrepreneur wishes to change the place, person, period or time of transfer of the goods demanded by the buyer before the goods are dispatched and both parties agree on the matter, the entrepreneur shall transfer the goods to the changed place, person, period of time.

5) In the event of a change in place or period pursuant to sub-section (4), the fee for such transfer may be increased or decreased by mutual agreement between the buyer and the entrepreneur.
