Section 10: Goods or Services May be Returned

1) If any goods or services purchased by the buyer pursuant to this Act are not as per the description provided by the entrepreneur in accordance with Section 6, the buyer may return such goods or services to the entrepreneur without using them or causing any damage.

2) If the buyer wishes to return the goods or services pursuant to sub-section (1), the entrepreneur shall take back such goods or services unconditionally.

3) If the goods or services are returned pursuant to sub-section (1), the entrepreneur may, if the buyer wishes, provide other goods or services of the same value in place of such goods or services.

4) If the goods or services are returned pursuant to sub-section (1) and the buyer refuses to take other goods or services in place of the returned goods or services in accordance with sub-section (3), the entrepreneur shall return to the concerned buyer the amount, including tax paid while purchasing the goods or services so returned.

5) Other provisions regarding the return of goods or services shall be in accordance with the prevailing federal law.
