Unauthorised Translation

1) This Act shall be called the “Electronic Commerce (E-Commerce) Act, 2081”.

2) This Act shall come into force on the thirty-first day from the date of its ratification.

3) This Act shall be applicable throughout Nepal and shall also apply to any person residing anywhere outside Nepal who provides goods or services in Nepal through electronic commerce.
