An Act Formulated to Provide Legal Provisions in relation to the Banking Offences and Punishments

Preamble: Whereas it is desirable to make legal provisions regarding banking offences and punishments in order to minimise the impact and risks on the banking and financial system from possible criminal acts in the transactions of the banking and financial system and to enhance credibility towards the banking and financial system,

The Legislative Parliament has formulated this Act.
