The government of Nepal may formulate necessary regulations to implement the objectives of this Act.

Note:- The words amended by the Act to Amend, Consolidate, Adjust and Repeal Certain Nepal Laws, 2074 BS and the Act to Amend Certain Nepal Acts Relating to the Civil Code, 2075 BS:-

Instead of “Schedule-1 of the Government Cases Act, 2049 BS”, the words “Schedule-1 of the Muluki Criminal Procedure (Code) Act, 2074 BS”.
