Section75: Saving from action

No employer shall take disciplinary action against any labour for the sole reason that he or she has committed the following act:

(a) To give information, notice or make or assist in the making of a complaint against the employer as to failure to make arrangements on safety and health,

(b) To do any act in the capacity of a member of the safety and health committee referred to in Section 74, or

(c) To stop the work pursuant to Section 76 or 77 because of the occurrence of an immediate danger to safety and health.
