Section 123: Prohibition of having sexual intercourse in public place

1) No person shall have sexual intercourse with any one or any kind of unnatural sexual intercourse in a public place, or in any other place in a manner that such intercourse is visible to others.

2) A person who commits the offence referred to in sub-section (1) shall be liable to a sentence of imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or a fine not exceeding ten thousand rupees or both the sentences.
