Section 122: Prohibition of showing sexual organ in public place

1) No person above ten years of age shall, except for the purpose of medical sciences or treatment, do any obscene act or conduct or show his or her sexual organ or utter or make any obscene words or gesture to any one in a public place.

2) A person who commits the offence referred to in sub-section (1) shall be liable to a sentence of imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or a fine not exceeding five thousand rupees or both the sentences.
