Section 303: Compensation to be paid

Where a person derives any benefit or causes any kind of damage, loss, annoyance or injury to another person by committing the offence referred to in this Chapter, a compensation for such damage, loss, annoyance or injury shall also be ordered to be paid by the offender to the victim.
