Section 247: Claimed amount to be recovered

The claimed or recovered amount, if any, involved in the offence referred to in this Chapter shall be forfeited from the offender of such offence and paid to the owner of that property. If the offender has already spent the property formed of the claimed amount, property equal to the value of the claimed amount shall be ordered to be paid to the owner.
