Section 208: Entitlement to compensation

1) Where a person who is subjected to enforced disappearance appears or is made public subsequently, he or she shall be entitled to get a reasonable compensation from the person who has so subjected him or her to enforced disappearance.

2) Where the person subjected to enforced disappearance is already dead, the immediate successor to him or her shall be entitled to get the compensation referred to in sub-section (1).
