Section 207: Forfeiture of goods related to offence

Any building, land, vehicle, arms and other goods knowingly allowed by the owner thereof to be used in or used with the consent of the concerned owner in the commission of the offence punishable under this Chapter forfeiture.

Provided that no governmental building, vehicle, arms and goods shall be forfeited.
