Section 80: Prohibition of omission to produce document

1) No person who is legally bound to produce or deliver up any document to any office, court or public servant under law shall omit so to produce or deliver up such document.

2) A person who commits the offence referred to in sub-section (1) shall be liable to a sentence of imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or a fine not exceeding five thousand rupees or both the sentences.
