Section 137: Period for taking decision

1) Where any labour is found to have committed misconduct, it is necessary to commence an action within two months from the date of knowledge of the commission of such misconduct.

2) A decision shall be taken within three months from the date of commencement of the action pursuant to sub-section (1).
