1) The Government of Nepal may, for the implementation of this Act and prevailing Nepal law on labour, establish such Labour Offices as may be required.

2) The districts which fall within the jurisdiction of the Labour Offices established pursuant to sub-section (1) shall be as specified by the Ministry.

3) The Government of Nepal may, by notification in the Nepal Gazette, appoint one inspector or more than one inspector for any area according to the need.
