1) The Provincial Government may constitute a Provincial Labour Advisory Council to facilitate the implementation of this Act and to organise the work of reforms to be carried out in the labour sector at the provincial level.

2) The formation, operation and other arrangements of the Provincial Labour Advisory Council shall be as prescribed by the Provincial Government.
