Section 101: Cooperative Savings and Credits Security Fund

1) Notwithstanding anything contained in the prevailing Nepal laws, the government of Nepal may establish a Cooperative Savings and Credits Security Fund to guarantee savings are mobilised and provide credits by the provincial government and local level in collaboration with cooperative organisations.

2) Matters relating to the operation of the Cooperative Savings and Credits Guarantee Fund shall be as prescribed.
