1) A Cooperative Organisation may, for the purpose of sections 79 and 83, write to the concerned agency to be freezing accounts, to suspend the sale or transfer of the title of assets of any person.

2) In case of receipt of the request for freezing pursuant to sub-section (1), the concerned agency shall freeze accounts to suspend the sale or transfer of the title of assets of any person according to the laws.
