Section 107 : Registers of director and company secretary

1) Every company shall maintain a separate register of director and of company secretary, if any.

2) Every company shall record the name, surname, address, citizenship, profession, occupation of its director or secretary, and the date of appointment as director or secretary as well as the date of removal, if applicable, in the register maintained pursuant to Subsection, (1), and shall send a notice of the alteration, if any, made in such detail within fifteen days.
