Section 174 : Predecessor to handover charge to successor

The documents and records in the charge of any director or any other officer or employee of the company who has been appointed to work in his place after the breakdown of his reinstatement shall be submitted to the present director or officer or employee within thirty days of the breakdown of his reinstatement.
