Section 100 : Disclosure about securities

1) In the event that the shares or debentures of a company are listed in a body operating the stock exchange, after the director has made disclosure to the company about the shares or debentures of such company pursuant to Section 94, the company shall promptly give information thereof to such body.

2) Such body shall publish the information received pursuant to Sub-section(10) in such manner as it thinks fit.
