Section 162 : Punishment with fine not exceeding twenty thousand rupees

Except as provided in sections 160 and 161, the court shall impose a fine of five thousand to twenty thousand rupees on the concerned officer, director, managing director, manager, company secretary or employee of the company or company who does not do anything that he is required to do or not to do according to this Act, or does not comply with the duty or not to do the work that he is required to do, or does not comply with the time limit or custom, or does not inform the office that he is required to be informed or does not submit the details to be submitted to the office.
