Section 155: Insurance Information Centre

1) The Authority may establish an Insurance Information Centre to collect and organise information on the insurance sector in an integrated manner.

2) The Authority shall regulate the Insurance Information Centre established pursuant to Sub-section (1).

3) Other provisions relating to the Insurance Information Centre shall be as prescribed.
