1) If anyone does have a complaint related to the activities performed by the insurer, insured or insurance intermediary or director, official, employee or insurance intermediary of the insurer or
any other concerned person pursuant to this Act, the complaint may be submitted to the Authority.

2) Other provisions regarding the hearing of the complaint and the authority to hear the complaint shall be as prescribed.
