Section 130: Insurance Mediation

In case any dispute has arisen between the parties who have received license under this Act such as between the insurers or between the insurance intermediaries or between the insurer,
intermediary or the parties of insurance, and if there is a failure to solve the dispute on mutual understanding, the Authority may mediate on the request of any one party of the dispute or on the Authority’s own initiation.
