Section 105: Official to be Suspended

1) The directors and chief executive officers of the insurer shall be automatically suspended for the duration of the period during which the special management group takes control of the insurer.

2) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1), the special management group may, if it deems appropriate, lift the suspension of the directors and chief executive officers of the insurer and depute them to perform the specified work.

3) The special management group may, at any time, remove a person who does not perform the work assigned by the special management group pursuant to sub-section (2).
