Section 78: Claim of Micro-Insurance

1) The insured carrying on a micro-insurance business shall pay the claims related to life insurance or insurance of assets or liabilities, as provided in the insurance policy, within 21 days from the date of receipt of the claim, in proper form, from the concerned insured.

2) Other provisions related to claims of micro insurance shall be as prescribed.
