Section 19: Provision related to Employee

1) The Nepal Insurance Authority shall have such numbers of employees as may be necessary for the efficient operation of the functions of the Authority.

2) The appointment, remuneration, facilities and terms and conditions of service of the employees of the Authority shall be as prescribed.

3) While adding the number of employees or adding facilities and terms and conditions of service of the employees, prior permission from the Ministry shall be obtained
