Section 16: Recovery to be made

1) If information is received in any way that a person who has not enrolled in the social security scheme has received benefits as per this Act or has received benefits more than they are entitled to as per this Act, the said amount shall be recovered by the Fund as specified from such person.

2) The amount recovered pursuant to sub-section (1) should be deposited in the Funds.
