Section 13: Deemed to be Involved in the Social Security Scheme

1) The contributor who has contributed to the social security scheme shall be deemed to have been enrolled for the scheme operated by the Fund from the day she or he is enlisted in the Fund.

2) Unofficial Translation The contributor, who has joined the social security scheme pursuant to sub-section (1) and her or his dependent family, on the criteria as specified, shall receive benefits pursuant to the social security scheme.
