1) The Public Entity shall form an evaluation committee as prescribed for examination and evaluation of the pre-qualification proposals, bids, expression of interest or proposals of consultancy services or sealed quotation.

2) The functions, duties and powers of the committee formed pursuant to sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed.
