Section 13: Operation of Accounts

The Bank may open and operate accounts for the Government of Nepal and other governmental bodies, commercial banks and financial institutions, public corporations, foreign diplomatic missions, foreign central banks, foreign banks, international organisations, and associations. The procedures for opening and operating such accounts shall be as prescribed by the Bank.

Provided that, the Bank shall not operate an account for any individual, industry or political organisation.
