Section 70: Regulations, Directives and Operational Guidelines to be Framed

1) The Fund may develop regulations relating to financial and personnel administration for executing the financial and administrative tasks of the Fund.

2) The Fund may develop necessary directives and operational procedures by acting within the scope of this Act or the rules/regulations framed under the Act.

3) The regulation as per sub-section (1) or the directives or operational procedures as per sub-section (2) shall come into force after being approved by the Ministry.

Note: The “Ministry of Labour and Employment” is currently under the jurisdiction of the “Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security.”
