Section 23: Records Relating to Enlistment

1) The records relating to the enlistment of the people registered in the Fund pursuant to this Chapter shall be based on an integrated computer-based system.

2) The personal and bio data of the person enlisted pursuant to sub-section (1) shall not be used for any purposes other than those of the Fund.

3) Notwithstanding whatsoever is written in sub-section (2), information in the records shall be made available if sought by an authorised person for the purpose of helping with the investigation or judicial proceeding as per the prevalent law.
