Section 29A: Power of Department to Order for Deposit of Fine

1) Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in this Act, if any person admits in writing the commission of one or more than one offence as mentioned in sub-section (2) of Section 29 prior to the commencement of action, the Department may order such person to deposit the amount fine not exceeding the amount of fine imposable for the commission of such offence.

2) The Department shall mention the description of the offence, amount of fine to be paid and the date for payment of the fine in in the order to be made pursuant to sub-section (1).

3) The order made by the Department pursuant to this  Section shall be final.
