Section 25A: Tax Paid in Purchase by Foreign Tourist to be Refunded

The tax paid on goods purchased for more than twenty-five thousand rupees and brought along with himself or herself by a foreign tourist, returning upon visiting Nepal by air way, shall be refunded in accordance with the procedure prescribed by the Department. Three percent of such refunded amount shall be deducted as a service charge.
