An Act Made to Provide for Immigration

Preamble: Whereas, it is expedient to regulate and control the entry of foreigners into Nepal, their stay there, and their departure there from, and to manage the arrival and departure of the citizens of Nepal.

Now, therefore, be it enacted by Parliament in the 21st year of the reign of His Majesty the King Birendra Bir Bikram Shah Dev.
