Section 18: Power to Make Rules

The government of Nepal may make Rules as may be necessary to implement the objectives of this Act.

Note: Repeal and preservation:

(1) The Ordinance to amend certain Nepal Acts relating to the promotion of good governance and delivery of public services, 2081, is repealed.

(2) Any act or action taken pursuant to the Ordinance referred to in sub-section (1) shall be deemed to have been taken pursuant to this Act.
