Section 3: Establishment of the Institution

1) An institute by the name of the Nepal Chartered Accountants Sanstha is hereby established for the development of the accounting profession.

2) The Institute shall be named as “the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal” in the English language.

3) The headquarters of the Institute shall be located in Kathmandu Valley, and the Institute may, as per necessity, set up its offices, training centres or branches or sub-branches in any place within Nepal.
