Section 25: Power of the Government of Nepal to Remove Difficulties

If any hindrance or obstruction arises while implementing this Act, the Government of Nepal may remove such hindrance or obstruction by issuing a necessary order published in the Nepal Gazette without prejudice to the objectives of this Act.
