Section 12: Deduction of Bonus

In the case of the bonus to be obtained by an employee who has not worked the required days in any fiscal year, such an employee shall, subject to Section 6, be entitled to the bonus by deducting proportionally from his/her total bonus, from the day on which he/she has not worked.
