Rule 16: Supervision

1) The ministry may supervise the account and functions of the association.

2) If it seeks the need for any reform in the functions and procedures of the Association during the supervision, the Ministry shall issue the required directives.

3) It shall be the duty of the Association to follow the directive issued pursuant to Sub-rule (2).
