Rule 8: Information about Investment shall be provided

1) A non-resident Nepali who makes an investment in Nepal shall provide information about the investment which has been made by him/her, to the ministry in the format prescribed in Schedule-7.

2) The information received pursuant to Sub-rule (1) shall be written in the record maintained pursuant to sub-rule (1) of Rule 4, and the ministry shall give the information of such investment to the Department of Industry.
